It is known that the founder of the world's weirdest religion 'Scientology' is a man. Yes sir, it definitely ain't a woman.
Firstly it reeks of hardcore chauvinism) so proudly on display by Tom
Cruise and his fellow Scientologists for all to see. Nope there is no underlying embarrassment in the ridiculous announcements of the rules of this new fangled sect.
Just like Brad Pitt, Tom too wanted a kid of his own. So when Nicole Kidman didn't give in (unlike the smarter Angelina Jolie who after adopting two children, is slated to give birth to Brad's biological child sometime this year) Tom moved on. He tried his luck for a while with Penelope Cruz but when saw she was as focused o her career as Nicole he moved on.
And then he landed the relatively younger and naive Katie Holmes, who besides being almost half his age, lets him have a say in every aspect of her life.
So controlling is Tom that he makes all the decisions for Katie and no, she doesn't have a say in it. From deciding who she talks to, mingles with, how she should modify her name so as to rhyme with his, to whoa...whether or not she is supposed to show her pain while delivering 'his' baby.
Poor Katie has been advice by Tom and the other who's who of Scientology to keep absolutely quiet during childbirth as far as 'humanly' possible. Now one might ask what is so inhuman about crying out loud in pain, but apparently the Scientologists are all for the method of the quiet or the silent birth. Well most of them rooting for the 'silent birth' havenā??t given birth , understandably as they are males, so wouldn't really know the kind of excruciating nightmare a women goes thru' during childbirth.
Tom is so bent upon this 'silent birth' rule that he has even bought an adult binky (pacifier) for Katie. Oh Katie, Katie, what hath you gotten yourself into?
This Scientology regime is finally though starting to take its toll on Katie now. According to contactmusic.com when recently Cruise talked to the 'Paarde' reporter, Dotson Rader, she stunned everybody sitting 'dazed and passive' throughout the interview. |
